Personal Information:

Being raised in the Rogue and Illinois Valleys of Southwest Oregon, Kendon has had the opportunity to see this beautiful part of the world develop into one of the most desirable places to live in the country. He shares this quality of life with his wife Jessie, his son Cameron, and his Daughters Kensie and Lynsie from their home in the rural town of Williams.

When not busy with Real Estate, you will find Kendon Fly Fishing on a Remote Stream, Hiking a High Mountain Trail, or Paragliding over the Applegate Valley. He also plays a number of competitive sports including Soccer, and teaches Badminton at the local College. Spending time with his wife and family is a high priority.

Kendon has worked in and around Grants Pass with jobs varying from County and State Parks, a number of successful Sales and Marketing Positions, and even as a Television Weathercaster! Looking for a new challenge and recognizing the growth in the community, Kendon decided to dive into the unpredictable field of Real Estate. He was determined to succeed by working hard, working smart, and meeting the needs of his clients. He has done just that.

Since becoming a Realtor in 1998, Kendon has experienced success usually enjoyed only by seasoned Professionals. A Million Dollar Producer since his first year in the business, Kendon is consistently a Sales Leader.  He was the Top Individual Producer in his previous Office for the last 4 years, and is currently the Broker/Owner of Kendon Leet Real Estate.  Each year Kendon has been in the Top 5% of Realtors in all of Josephine County, and his business continues to grow at a rapid pace.

These accomplishments come as a result of Kendon's personal attention to every transaction, his desire to help people reach their goals, and his excellent problem solving ability.

 Kendon has lived in the Rogue and Illinois Valley for 30 years.  He knows the area, associates with a vast network of Community Members and Business Leaders, and has a deep connection to Southern Oregon.
